Our General Manager oversees with care, dedication and expertise the entire operation with a balance of strategic vision and hands-on involvement. He ensures that the company stays true to its mission, opens new opportunities for growth, and keeps both people and nature at the center of every decision.

This team keeps the roots strong. From budgeting and payroll to inventory and compliance, they ensure every resource is used wisely. Their clear and organized approach helps all departments work with confidence and stability.

Production and Field Operations
This team lives where the magic happens. They manage everything related to the growth of our roses, including planting, fertilization, bio-conscious pest control and harvesting. Their deep knowledge of the land and climate ensures we produce flowers of the highest quality.
ALEXANDER VELÁSQUEZ
Post-harvest Management
Standards matter and care becomes craft. This team carefully monitors each process to ensure that every rose meets our strict quality criteria. After the roses are harvested, they ensure that every stem is handled with precision. They are responsible for sorting, quality control, hydration, packaging, and preparing each bunch for its journey. Their attention to detail guarantees that our flowers arrive fresh, vibrant, and full of life.
Many of our team members have been with us for years, growing not only flowers but also careers and strong relationships. Their knowledge, dedication, and joy are part of what makes Rosas Aguaclara unique.
